At this time, the Vendor/Builder shall determine the availability of the selections at it’s sole and unfettered discretion and will advise the Purchaser accordingly.

All warranty claims for products and services purchased from Preferred Service Providers are those of the Preferred Service Providers and manufacturers of those product and are excluded from the Homeowner’s Statutory warranty by the Vendor/Builder.
